International Badminton Coach

This position requires candidate from global badminton circuit to work in a vibrant and challenging environment. ​

Job Description 

• Design, conduct and coordinate training sessions for all levels of players (grass root to performance)

• Assist in the delivery of skills development, drills and small sided games in accordance with the objectives of the programme

• Act as role model and mentor for leadership programme

• Establish teams and representative opportunities for participants with teaching some skills and drills

• Manage all operational administrative tasks including registry, courts set up, players' test and assessment arrangement, equipment maintenance, etc

• Training camps and tournament (local and overseas) preparation and team building 

• Self-development under Head Coach​

Qualification

• With English-speaking coaching certification (e.g. Badminton England or Badminton World Federation Level 1-2 and additional preference to be a Shuttle Time Tutor/ Assessor)

• Fluent in written and verbal English

• Experience in playing and/or coaching in the world of performance badminton

• Preference towards professional international/ world badminton ranking

• Experience working with international schools

• Fit in a young and dynamic environment

• Willing to learn

• Good IT skills
