International Badminton Coach

This position requires candidate from global badminton circuit to work in a vibrant and challenging environment.

Qualification(s)

With English-speaking coaching certification (e.g. Badminton England or Badminton World Federation Level 1-2 and additional preference to be a Shuttle Time Tutor/ Assessor)
Fluent in written and verbal English
Experience in playing and/or coaching in the world of performance badminton
Preference towards professional international/ world badminton ranking
Experience working with international schools
Fit in a young and dynamic environment
Willing to learn
Good IT skills

Job Description

Design, conduct and coordinate training sessions for all levels of players (grass root to performance)
Assist in the delivery of skills development, drills and small sided games in accordance with the objectives of the programme
Act as role model and mentor for leadership programme
Establish teams and representative opportunities for participants with teaching some skills and drills
Manage all operational administrative tasks including registry, courts set up, players' test and assessment arrangement, equipment maintenance, etc
Training camps and tournament (local and overseas) preparation and team building
Self-development under Head Coach
