
International Badminton HEAD Coach
JOB DESCRIPTION and KEY DELIVERABLES
-
To LEAD a team of coaches to plan and deliver school, training and competition programmes
-
To Work closely with the director and ensure an optimal training, preparation and competition environment
-
To DIRECT development of individual with clear short and long term goals
-
To PROVIDE training, guidance and assess progress of performance players
-
To WORK closely with designated pathways for players on difference levels and to be aware of players' development need
-
To LOG and MONITOR progress among performance/elite players for reporting to director for strategic planning
-
To PRIORITISE resources towards achieving competition results and other agreed performance targets
-
To CREATE and provide mentoring support, education and training opportunities for the team of coaches with director
-
To MANAGE teams for coaching and preparation for local and overseas tournaments
-
To COMPLY with the requirements of company's human resources policies
-
To UNDERTAKE other duties that may be used to achieve the objectives of this post
Qualifications:
-
Fluent in speaking and written English
-
Coaching certificate (Badminton England Level II and above or BWF Level I or other related coaching certification)

Child protection training certification
-
Relevance experience in leading junior performance development, international school badminton program management

Relevant playing and coaching experience
-
